Founded in 1841, Fordham University is a Jesuit, Catholic higher education institution with an 83-acre campus in the Rose Hill section of the Bronx, and an 8-acre campus in Lincoln Center.

The Department of Design and Construction engaged UPC to support real estate and capital project initiatives, as well as strategic planning, at the Lincoln Center and Rose Hill campuses. Serving as an extension of the in-house team, UPC has worked on research and executive reports for senior leadership, as well as implementation planning for complex upcoming capital improvement projects.
