Recent Work
We have recently completed projects that are already making an enormous positive impact in their communities.
Some of our most recent projects include:

Early in the Covid-19 pandemic, UPC partnered with Brooklyn Laboratory Charter Schools and several leading design firms in NYC to solve some of the space and environmental challenges schools would face as students and staff returned. Together, the assembled team devised a comprehensive ‘Back-to-School Facilities Tool Kit’ which included a range of different solutions to address health, safety and spatial concerns.
Usdan Summer Camp for the Arts hosts over 70 classes for over 1,500 students every summer at its 140 acre campus. Students have access to 70 studios and theaters, including a 1,000-seat award-winning amphitheater, a drama center, and discovery center; four modern tennis courts; three large outdoor swimming pools; two yoga platforms; an archery range; a Quidditch field; and a recreation area for basketball and other games.
For over 50 years, Ryan Health has been a designated Article 28 family medicine clinic and federally qualified health center providing high-quality, affordable services to medically underserved communities across Manhattan.
Queens Community House (QCH) is undertaking a complete renovation of the Forest Hills Community Center, its largest program site and administrative headquarters.
