Tricia Forrest

Principal

Tricia Forrest, Principal, delivers a range of services from project management to operations and facilities strategy and oversight, including recruitment of facilities personnel on behalf of clients. Tricia holds a master’s degree in economics with a focus on global business and finance and brings more than a decade of experience in building operations, team management and client services. Her attention to detail drives her ability to identify, assess and analyze risk in every project.

In addition to overseeing complex renovation projects, Tricia leverages her unique experience, qualifications and skill set in facilities management oversight and strategy to help our educational and institutional clients draft and implement protocols for safe openings and continued operations.

Career Highlights 

Archdiocese of New York, New York, NY*

Tricia supported the development, implementation and maintenance of project budgets of several major church and school renovations. Projects included the Monsignor Farrell High School, Old St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Our Lady of Angels Rectory, Cardinal Egan Pavilion and St. Lawrence O’Toole Church. Project deliverables included monthly budget reports that tracked variances and exposures. Her responsibilities included tracking that consultants and contractors involved with the various projects were in compliance with terms of their respective contracts.

The Clark Art Institute, Williamstown, MA

Tricia supported the monthly reporting for the addition to the Clark. This included incorporating budgetary and variance reports as well as reports from the consultants and contractors.

Ethical Culture Fieldston School, New York, NY*

Tricia supported the development and maintenance of project budgets for work at this Pre-K – 12th grade independent school. She provided assistance in the development of policies and procedures for cost controls.

Tricia is a native of Jamaica, who remains passionately committed to all things Jamaica. She is firmly committed to the continued development of Jamaica and its people in all aspects of culture and contributions on the world stage. Her annual “pilgrimage’ to the land of wood and water to replenish her sun, sand, sea and rum punch intake are storied and legendary!
