Korean Community Services (KCS) is a non-profit organization that has been serving New York’s Korean and broader Asian Community since 1973. KCS’s mission is to be a bridge for Korean immigrants and the wider Asian community to fully integrate into society and overcome economic, health and social barriers. KCS services include programs in the areas of Aging, Education, Immigration, Workforce Development, Public Health, and Mental Health.

UPC has been engaged to provide owners representative services to KCS as they renovate an existing 35,000 SF building in Bayside, Queens, to expand on their services. The architect, HLW International, is designing a program that includes new classrooms, office spaces, and a new kitchen and dining area. UPC's role will include design coordination and budget analysis, assistance with funding applications and the process of securing the funding received.
